He said that she began shouting at the top of her voice and was extremely rude to him and all of the other staff who were working at the time. Apparently, she just would not understand that other people were in the queue before her and she kept demanding to be attended to immediately. It took every ounce of my husband`s diplomacy and that of the rest of the staff to keep their tempers under control and finally they managed to get round to fitting her tyres. That was a particularly difficult day at work for my boyfriend and thankfully it is not always like that.
